    It all depends on the model, the fabrics, the accessories and the number of seats. We offer modularly built seats so we can’t give you an exact starting price. Check your local dealer, they have all the expertise needed to help you out. If there is no local dealer around, please fill in our contact form. We are always happy to help.
    You can put as many home cinema seats in your room as you like. We are the last ones stopping you. It all depends on the size of the room. Please check our blogpost for more info.

    For motorised seats, we normally provide with 1 power adapter plus a power plug per seat. So we suggest one power outlet per cinema seat.

    You can take off the backrest by unplugging the lower part of the backrest. Then you can lift up the backrest.

    The tough answer is: in most cases, no. What you can add are accessories, such as cupholder, a tablet holder. However, it is not possible to make amendments to the seat itself at a later stage. The cinema seats are tailor-made to your wishes, which includes cuttings in the upholstery to fit in for instance a cupholder. So before we start production, we make sure that everything is right.

    Troubleshooting questions:

    Did you try putting the plug in? 😊 Seriously, this issue can have several root causes. The electrical outlet may have stopped supplying power, for instance. Contact us if you have any questions.

    In a number of countries, we are represented by resellers who can also assist you with room design and/or equipment. We highly recommend their services, they are experts in their field and can give the right advice for your home cinema.     Yes, we can supply to all parts of the world. If you wanna set up a home cinema on Antarctica, kudos to you. Depending on your location, we may need to make certain arrangements to get the chairs there. We are happy to discuss the options with you.

    We don’t offer an online track and trace tool, but if you have any questions on the status of your home cinema seats, feel free to contact us or your local dealer.
    This depends on the product and the selected way of transport. Not all freight shipping companies supply a track & trace code.
    Once we have started working on your order, it is possible that we have made costs. You may cancel your order, but we may need to charge the costs we’ve made.
    Tailor-made products can not be returned. Sorry.
    This totally depends on the part you want to change. Make sure to contact us as soon as possible.
